About the film/director
Born in Dresden. Studied directing at the Vienna Film Academy, Michael Haneke class. In 2013 he shot his debut film LOCAL HEROES on 16mm and 35mm film. From 2013 to 2018 he worked as an assistant director at the Vienna State Opera. After that, he worked in the sound department of Terrence Malick's A HIDDEN LIFE, among others. In 2019 / 2020 he returned once again to the Vienna Film Academy to realize Das beste Orchester der Welt.
